Fern is a registered care service providing accommodation for individuals on the autistic spectrum and with complex behaviours.

This two storey house has an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area that aims to provide a calming and relaxing atmosphere. All six bedrooms are on the first floor, together with two bathrooms. Fern has a conservatory which leads onto a spacious outside decking area with stunning views of the rural surrounds. There is an outdoor seating area where residents can relax.

The house is within walking distance to Pembury High Street where there are shops, a post-office and a bus service with links to the nearby towns of Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. The Tunbridge Wells Hospital is less than a mile away.

In addition to the core support team, Fern provides sleep-in and waking night support, as well as additional one-to-one hours identified in individuals’ care packages. Support staff are around 24/7 on a flexible rota, depending on the level of support required. All staff have a Health and Social Care Diploma or are working towards one.
