About the Role:

· We are looking for someone who is energetic, hard-working and passionate about supporting others to lead our fantastic team of staff.

As a senior Support Worker, you will assist the amazing people we support in their day to day lives, ranging from personal care in the morning, supporting them tin their daily activities and encouraging them to lead their life as independently as possible.
You could also have the pleasure of supporting individuals in a range of exciting activities from arts and crafts and baking in the home to horse riding, swimming, trips to the seaside, picnics and so much more!

About You:
As a senior support worker, you should have a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or be prepared to work towards it. You will be experienced in leading a team whilst supporting someone in a professional setting, or have skills learned from other professional roles that can transfer to this setting.

Due to the nature of the people we support, there are times when behaviours of concern do arise and so it is vital that you are able to stay calm in a challenging situation whilst remaining positive and professional.
