Milestone Outreach Services (MOST) is a Registered Service supporting people in West Kent who may have a learning disability, an autistic spectrum disorder or a mental health problem. MOST can support towards living independently and help gain new practical and social skills whether living in their own homes, with their family or in our supported living services.
We offer a personalised support to individual needs, including health and wellbeing. We help with medications and personal care, as well as doctors, dentist or hospital appointment and support to get there, and also:
• Daily skills such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, finances etc.
• Social activities, making new friends, and meeting family
• Staring new hobbies or interests, joining speaking up groups
• Saving for, planning and booking holidays
• Employment, volunteering, college
MOST can help people to find the right home. Once they found the right home, we can support with their management of benefits, bills and tenancy. People with a learning disability want to live more independently, with support on hand when they need it. Aspens offers a range of accommodation options, both at our main site in Pembury, and at locations in towns and villages throughout West Kent. Accommodation can be in shared houses, single flats or studios. Some properties we own, others we rent. We can even help you source your own accommodation.
Whatever you choose, we can provide the support you need to live independently; whether it’s a few hours a week, a set time each day, overnight or more intensive support for complex needs. Some accommodation offers the opportunity to share support, following an assessment of needs. Located in the Pembury Site, we have the following homes: Briars, Birch Cottages, Linnets, Finch, Fern, Robins, Rose, Swallows and Pines
