Falconer’s Court is a registered care service providing accommodation for seven individuals with learning disabilities and associated physical disabilities.

The single story property has a good sized kitchen/diner, two lounges and accessible and specially adapted toilets, showers and bathrooms. All seven bedrooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Outside there is a safe, enclosed patio area.

Situated just off the old High Street in the small town of Edenbridge in Kent, the house is very close to local amenities including a post office, shops, churches and a supermarket. There is a railway station close by and good road links to the nearby towns of Tonbridge and Sevenoaks. The home has its own vehicle for the use of the service users.

The service has a core team of staff which includes 3 senior support workers and a Registered Manager who has overall responsibility. In addition to the core team, Falconer’s Court provides sleep-in and waking night support, including additional one-to-one hours identified in individuals’ care packages.
